At Pi, our training is rooted in building a strong, thoughtful foundation for your Pilates teaching journey. Through thorough guidance and supportive mentorship, you’ll learn how to introduce the Classical Mat repertoire effectively—even to clients with no prior Pilates experience. Together, we’ll build steadily and confidently towards the full sequence of Joseph Pilates’ 34 original mat exercises, always honouring the natural rhythm and flow of the Method.
Our training flows seamlessly through three progressive modules:
– Module 1 takes place over the first weekend
– Modules 2 & 3 unfold during the second weekend

At the core of the comprehensive program sit four immersive, in-person modules, followed by a 450-hour apprenticeship. and with our pathway format you are able to pick the pathway that best suits you based on your time, your goals and outcomes. Each module is designed to equip you with the skills to safely and effectively guide clients at every level, while mastering the use of all classical Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Pedi-Pole, and Magic Circle.
